A Little About Our RE/MAX Hallmark Chay Office

This area is still one of the fastest growing in Canada, and with such growth usually comes change. Established over 30 years ago, RE/MAX Chay Realty's Broker of Record/Owner Corby Adams recognized change as an extremely positive way 'to find a better way to do business' both for the consumer and for his sales representatives. Actions speak louder than words, RE/MAX Chay Realty Inc. has certainly grown (and changed) over the years from 1 office, 11 salespeople and a staff of 1 in 1984, to 6 offices, over 160 sales reps., 25 support staff and 2 full time managers.  Adams is now enjoying some time away from the office and has brought Mark Pauli into the family business to help manage and train the growing sales force.

RE/MAX Chay Realty Inc. has dominated the Barrie and District marketplace and in 2008 acquired 2 more offices in Tottenham and Alliston . Mark Pauli is very quick to pinpoint the reason behind the company's success - "it's our people - from our sales staff to our support staff, without question that's what sets us apart." Our company strives to provide the platform for our salespeople to be the most professional, productive, caring individuals in their field, and that translates into happy homebuyers and homesellers - which leads to repeat business and satisfied past clients referring us confidently to their friends and family. Over the past 26 years more than 48,000 families have trusted our sales representatives with perhaps their biggest investment.

Consumers today are more sophisticated. They are smart enough to know that money spent hiring a RE/MAX professional (removing the guesswork) will translate into more money for them at the end of the day. Our agents are exceptionally good at assisting their clients with negotiating purchase prices and/or selling their homes for top dollar - in either case our clients ultimately end up with the most dollars in their pockets. Some of our most vocal advocates are clients who've tried a 'too good to be true' company - once. Bottom line is - You get what you pay for - 20 years ago or today, nothing has changed in that respect. Our RE/MAX agents keep delivering by continually upgrading their skills, product knowledge, and of course keeping up with the new technology.

Broker of Record Corrie Holliday agrees that over the years technology has changed the way her salespeople conduct their business. Computers and cell phones have definitely sped up the process of relaying information about our listings. E-mail and digital signatures are replacing paper copies BUT our agents' negotiating skills still transcend the 'toys'. Real estate will always be a people business, and quite simply put, we have quality people and a reputation for being the best at what we do. I guess the more things change the more they stay the same.
